LNWR Passenger Luggage Barrow

These barrows were referred to as “Hand Carts” by the LNWR and were commonplace on all LNWR station platforms. They were intended to be used for transporting passenger’s luggage but were also used to transport any general items that were small enough . They were frequently parked tipped up on end.
