LSWR 47’ 6” Royal Saloon of 1887

There were six vehicles in the batch built in 1885, numbered 15- 20, all originally built with gas light and arc roofs. Number 17 was converted to the Royal saloon in 1897 and had a clerestory roof added. It was converted to a Picnic Saloon in 1913 still carrying the clerestory roof. It was withdrawn in 9/33
